We will take you from the preliminary stage of establishing what
you want to the final stage of attaining your visa. we will be able
to tell you what visas you may be eligible for and which visa is
the most appropriate for you and your circumstances. Even if you
are not eligible for any visa classes at this stage, we will advise
you on what you can do and what steps to take to become eligible.

The following

as the application form only asks for your basic details, and
does not show that you satisfy all relevant criteria as set out
in the regulations.
The legal submission will be specific to your circumstances and
will address each regulation and advise how your circumstances
satisfy this. The submission is generally ten to twelve pages
long.
We will
complete your visa application form correctly. Getting it right
the first time is essential. Incorrectly completed application
forms will not only delay your application by months but may also
lead to a refusal.
We will provide you with a list of any documents and supporting
material you will need to provide us with and tell you how to
obtain them.
For business applications that require a business plan, we have
specialists that will prepare a business plan specifically tailored
for your visa application. This means that the business plan is
structured to address the criteria of your visa application only.
If you need to buy an Australian business we will direct you to
a reputable business broker.
We will lodge your application and make sure all required documents
and supporting material are provided.
Once your application is lodged we will keep you informed on the
progress of your application.
Coaching
If you are required
to attend an interview we can coach you and attend the interview
with you. The interview stage is generally the final stage in
your application. If all goes well in the interview you will be
granted your visa.
It is sad and
frustrating that many people are refused a visa on the grounds
of something they accidentally said in the interview. Our coaching
and attendance in the interview will help prevent this tragedy
from happening to you.
